Agile Product Lead – LIMS Market leading, European professional services company Seeking Product Lead to manage the product development and global product implementation for multi-year, multi-million projects Permanent Position Job Scope You will be responsible to lead IT product development as internal project leader using agile approaches The IT projects will be mainly projects focusing on customizing (commercial off the shelf) solutions for Clients from a range of industry sectors The first project will be to ensure the successful implementation and operation of a Laboratory Management System (LIMS). This system will be developed for and implemented for 47 laboratories across the globe Key Responsibilities During the development and rollout of the LIMS your main task will be to interact with the users of the system from operational to management level, and work closely with the business process engineer to ensure that the system is supporting the users and processes overall in the best manner. In this respect your tasks will be focused on: Ensure use of agile methodologies throughout the complete project Organize, lead and moderate all necessary meetings within the LIMS project (e.g. planning meetings, retrospective meetings etc.) Ensure sufficient quality & detailedness of process descriptions and use cases to ensure an efficient implementation during individual sprints Define & prioritize contents for each sprint Organize proper user testing for each sprint and collect feedback from laboratories involved Anticipate, Identify and remove any impediments within the project Essential Skills and experience Regular travel to the laboratories internationally Qualification and proven experience and qualification in agile project management (e.g. scrum). Good skills to coach team in agile projects. Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development. Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices. Knowledge of other Agile approaches, like: Kanban, Crystal, FDD, XP, etc. Experience in software customization projects. Result Oriented and high levels of commitment to deliverables. Familiar with common development practices, Service oriented environments, and Agile practices. Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
