Implementation of specified capabilities using the agile framework
Drive adoption and rollout of Agile and modern software design and engineering practices such as test driven development, continuous integration and release automation (CI/RA), and automated testing;
Lead project / scrum team in design methods and principles, and collaboration discussion between IT and business teams;
The ScrumMaster is a "servant leader", helping the Dev Team and PO use Scrum to achieve the best possible for the product delivery
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Consultant or a PM manages a Agile project.
You have at least 10 years of experience in System or Software engineering with a strong hands-on background in software development. You have designed, programmed and tested software and/or systems and applied several techniques, methods and tools.
You have been involved in agile teams for more than 5 years, preferably on different roles and you have practiced methods such as Scrum or KanBan.
You have a solution attitude and give hands-on support where needed.
You are strong in analysis and communication.
You are capable of convincing management, developers and users from the business side towards the new situation.
You have good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
