Job Description

Business Function
Group Technology and Operations (T&O) enables and empowers the bank with an efficient, nimble and resilient infrastructure through a strategic focus on productivity, quality & control, technology, people capability and innovation. In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.
Responsibilities
  • Perform post trade settlement for foreign brokers and dayend balancing. Escalate and follow up any discrepancy with Settlement.
  • Perform cash upfront trade settlement and fund withdrawals, ensure BOSS, iBroker and IDEAL statement tally for cash upfront deposit and withdrawals. Escalate discrepancy and follow up with relevant parties.
  • Upload Giro file to BOSS for successful debits and credits to settle trades and perform checks and balancing. Escalate discrepancy and follow up with relevant parties.
  • Perform trade settlement and reconciliation in Finacle for share margin financing. Escalate discrepancy and follow up with relevant parties.
  • Authorise post trade settlement transaction in BOSS
  • Perform monthly GLAO reconciliation and meeting timeline
  • Any other adhoc task as assign
Requirements
  • A degree holder
  • 2yrs of relevant experience in Wealth Management Ops as mentioned above.
  • Preferably proficient / familiar with the systems mentioned.
  • Team player who is able to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to thrive in fast paced environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Meticulous with an eye for details.
