Our client is a global OEM who specialize in niche equipment & services for the Chemicals, Petrochemicals and Gas processing companies. Reporting into the Business Manager – APAC, you will be in charge of servicing the customers mainly Chemical plants, Refineries and Petrochemical plants within APAC region. You will serve as the primary point of contact for both customers and the client during filed service activities. You will provide technical solutions for the customer requirements on site and assist in coordinating sales activities, managing inventories and develop customer relationships. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
