An established US MNC with an established presence in Asia Pacific and is continuing to expand into new markets. Due to continued growth and migration of key global support functions into the Singapore, there is now an exciting opportunity for an experienced learning & talent development professional to lead the team for APAC.
Reporting to the Global Head based in USA, key mandate of the role is to build a robust Talent Management culture and practices for attracting, developing and retaining future leaders across the region. Main deliverables are to build leadership development, succession planning, HIPO and workforce analytics strategies and programs that attract diverse talent. Additionally, you need to coach, develop and drive people leaders on team effectiveness and performance at individual and team level. Another focus is on the L&D strategy, implementation and manage processes. You will create a learning environment that provides a platform for employee overall development that align to its business performance.
You will be hands-on and execute plans through a wider network via working with HR Team, business and function leaders across all levels. You are experienced in running a training/L&D function in a managerial capacity with minimum 10 years of experience in designing and delivering training initiatives. You have demonstrated success in developing and implementing learning and development strategies aligned to business strategy and organizational capability requirements. You are comfortable working in people centric and dynamic environments.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
