Your responsibilities include building solutions, with emphasis in workflow and BPM project implementation; working closely with project managers and clients to understand and manage expectations, as well as participate in the implementation and test effort. You are expected to demonstrate his programming skills to develop BPM process, exposing process through web services and integrating with third party systems.
You will be responsible for developing and supporting web-based applications in an object-oriented environment. You will support existing applications used by the client as well as develop technical documentation, provide support to team members and clients, and test software applications to ensure quality and functionality. You will also participate in design meetings, analyze and research software requirements to determine feasibility of design and marketing requirements within time and cost constraints.

Diploma or University Degree in a related subject
At least 3 years' experience in application development in J2EE environment using Spring and Hibernate frameworks.
Knowledge of workflow products e.g. one of K2, Sharepoint, Pega preferred
Good knowledge of database and SQL queries on Oracle and/or MS-SQL
Completion of at least 1 full development life cycle with workflow components
