You will be part of a team providing solutions to various client problems on RPA. As an RPA consultant, you will assist clients to achieve the benefits of process automation. Additionally you will contribute to the growth of the RPA team be creating service offerings.
Work with internal/external process owners SMEs to perform RPA opportunity analysis and recommend automation solutions.
Establish business case for RPA and value to end customer and Perform Proof of Concept (PoC) using RPA tools.
You should be a self-starter with a can-do attitude that enables you to work independently and be part of a larger team. You will have the opportunity to learn new skills and work in an organization with several growth opportunities
Diploma or University Degree in a related subject
Have knowledge of at least 1 RPA tool and RPA tool capabilities.

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
