The role: Support day to day operations for enterprise software applications and in-house applications across different departments. Work with internal customers to fulfill change requests, resolve issues and customize on applications accordingly to business requirements. Provide technical expertise to resolve issues and coordinate with vendors to resolve within minimal time. Responsible in managing projects including system implementation, migration, documentation activities. Ensure on compliance and consistency of application standards and procedures. The requirements: 3+ years of experience in Application support position across multiple software applications. Hands-on technical experience with MS SQL or Oracle SQL platform. Hands-on development experience with .Net technologies and VB.Net. Knowledge in PL/SQL, Unix Shell scripting is a plus. Good communication skills to interact with different levels of internal customers and vendors. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
