Job Description
The team provides Level 1 and Level 2 support for a large portfolio of applications related to Corporate Services, IT Security, Human Resources and other transverse domains. The chosen candidate should be able to manage good relationship with any stakeholder, with good verbal and writing communication skills.

Qualifications and Profile

• The position requires 2+ years experience in supporting or developing applications

Mandatory

• Possesses strong analytic and problem solving skills

• Technical background (knowledge in databases, application servers and programming languages)

• Possesses strong communication skills in English

• Strong perseverance, diligence towards attaining goals and effective time management

• Self-motivated, flexible and an excellent team player 

Nice to have

• Experience in shell scripting

• Knowledge in Identity and Access Management domain is an advantage
