Job Description

• Identify new customer and new market. Identify customer needs. Work out strategy to secure the orders.
• Meet or exceed sales targets; achieve maximum sales in assigned segments and territories.
• Carry out tender reviews, negotiations in order to secure orders.
• Interface with customers and monitor progress of projects.
• Feedback information to customers on quality improvements on products and changes, as and when necessaryJOB REQUIREMENTS

• Dynamic team player with high integrity and commitment
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
• Strong negotiations skills.
• Technical Competence (understanding drawings / specification is required)
• Must be a self-starter and pro-active. Be able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Must have customer oriented mindset
