You will be responsible for the steering the brand’s PR and communications strategy, and ensure that the desired image and positioning is accurately portrayed. This role will involve creating and managing media events, developing collaterals and press kits, reactive and proactive media relations, garner and achieve PR coverage and seeking out potential on brand partners for purposeful collaboration. As the gatekeeper for the brand’s image, you will ensure that standards for advertising materials and collaterals are upheld. You will be an expert in in-bound marketing and support tourist shopping initiatives, as well as executing marketing strategies and campaigns to support sales. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
