They are looking for an Assistant Director, Retail Sales to bring together the multiple front line functions for their various brands. Leading a team of retail managers, you will ensure that there is a strong link between the global merchant team and the customers, striving to improve team and space productivity in their assigned brands or categories. You will be responsible for driving store and individual productivity & service experience, as well as store planning and presentation. You will lead, problem solve and possess an intuitive sense to think ahead. This is a high visibility role will provide a platform for future mobility and progression. Requirements: At least 12 years of retail experience of which at least 3-4 years are in a retail operations management role Exceptional people management skills and have managed a large team of 60 - 70 people A strong operational background coupled with excellent business acumen and extensive experience in the retail industry will be essential. Multi-brand experience and having managed a portfolio of international brands from mid-market to luxury Ability to work with a diverse team of locals and expatriates and mitigate the cultural sensitivities A good and eloquent communicator and a passion for sales and customer service Strong analytical skills, sharp, independent and hands-on Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
