A leading retail organisation looking to launch on the e-marketplace is looking for a bright and ambitious individual to drive this initiative and help improve the online experience for both internal users and online shoppers. Reporting to the Head of eCommerce, you will be responsible for managing 3rd party ecommerce accounts (MarketPlace) in order to achieve the established business plan, while securing profitable and sustainable distribution for each account. You will also formulate and execute strategies and campaigns to meet marketplace contribution targets with full responsibility on budget management, performance review, optimisation and analysis. Leveraging on analytical data and customer feedback, you will identify gaps and offer solutions to optimise the platform and seek opportunities for strategic collaborations. Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
