Assistant Engineer (Property Facilities)-(ACMV/Degree in M & E/West)

Job Description :

• Basic up to $3200 + AWS + Variable Bonus
• 5 day week, (Roster Shift Duty, no Midnight Shift) Walking distant from MRT
• Client's site / Building Maintenance/ACMV/M & E experience

Our client, a premier sporting and lifestyle entertainment industry located in the West area is looking for Junior Engineer (Property & Facilities) to oversee all the Property & Facilities management in the daily operation for the premise
Responsibilities:

• Assist to manage development projects from inception to completion to defects rectifications.
• Constantly examine and update the uses and businesses of premises and assist to propose viable avenues/plans to maximise uses and businesses and actively seek out/ conclude/ contract premises for viable uses and businesses.
• Administer and certify payments, deposits, leases and/or other costs e.g. stamp duties, legal costs etc for development projects and project outlets /centre)
• Assist to prepare annual budgetary plan for the department.
• Assist to prepare tender documents for calling of tender for consultants and contractors, including tender evaluation and recommendation for approval.
• Assist to monitor, review manpower planning for the department and conducts staff performance appraisal.

Requirements:

• Degree in Estate Management or Building Discipline with 5 years of relevant working experience and preferably with 2 years in supervisory position.
• Conversant with innovations in project/ contract administration/ estate management, systems, rules & regulations
• Skills in negotiation, contract administration and management, project/estate management and budget planning.
• Knowledge of the construction and property market and able to deal with consultants, contractors, property owners and agents.
• 5-day work week, able to work on weekday nights and weekends including Public Holidays when rostered.
