Provide support to Sales/Commercial in-charge on Purchase Order execution, Vendor/Client Management and AP/AR
Provide support to Marketing in-charge on Quotation/Enquiries
Perform general housekeeping duties e.g. order stationery, ensure proper functioning of photocopying machines and printers, liaise with maintenance department regarding office facilities needs, maintenance and repair
Establish and maintain department files and record system
Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence (e.g. faxes and mails)
Collect and dispatch documents
Perform any other duties as and when assigned by personnel in the department
Min O'level / Certificate in Administration
At least 1 year of working experience in similar capacity
Meticulous and has initiatives
Able to work in fast paced environment with accuracy

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
