Our client is a leading and reputable O&G, Marine & Offshore player.

  • Implement competitive C&B policies through the reviewing of salary proposals, benefits benchmarking, costs analysis and market salary surveys.
  • Oversee and manage all remuneration programmes, including annual performance appraisal review/ exercise, performance bonus payment, insurances, incentive programmes and rewards. This includes the development of the merit/ bonus guidelines, educating and providing guidance to managers on the proposal.
  • Support and advise managers on compensation & benefits and related matters e.g. Salary benchmarking and analysis, salary and job grading structure.
  • Partner with the HR Business Partners to engage various stakeholders to understand the compensation challenges and propose solutions.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of all laws influencing compensations and benefits.
  • Ensure that all HR practices comply with all government legislations, which affect employment such as, National Service Enlistment Act, Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act and Immigration Act etc
  • Assist the Senior Human Resources Manager/ Human Resources Manager in the formulation and administration of Companys policies related to Industrial Relations, employees services, wages, compensation and recruitment
  • Assist the Senior Human Resources Manager/ Human Resources Manager in negotiating all labour agreements for and on behalf of the Company
  • Promote and maintain a healthy and harmonious industrial relations climate
  • Ensure that discipline of employees is maintained and there is fairness and consistency in actions taken
  • Ensure that centralised Human Resources records, reports and files are properly documented, kept and maintained
  • Assist HR Director in preparation of company's Board Papers
  • Assist to prepare overseas increment and bonus proposal for management approval.
  • Min Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in HR field
  • Min 5 years of HR experience
  • Experience in HR Compensation and Benefits, Employment Legislation, Industrial Relations, Talent Development and Performance Management
  • Able to commence within short notice advantageous
