  • About the company
    A leading company in the manufacturing industry is looking for Assistant Manager (AM) to join their team. This is a regional role with travel opportunities.
    About the role
    You will handle recruitment (end-to-end) of regional HQ staff. You will also be managing expat related matters such as mobility related matters. You will plan and execute talent management projects and work closely with Japan on HR matters. You will also be handling remuneration reporting and tax computation.
    About you
    You need a minimum of 8 years experience in manufacturing/engineering industry and have experience in a managerial role. You need to have knowledge in local employment regulations and willing to travel around SEA for work. You are a person who has excellent multi-tasking skills and able to work in a fast paced environment.
    Ideally you should have regional experience and proficiency in Japanese language (Japanese JLPT N2 and above)
