This is a regional role with travel opportunities. About the role You will handle recruitment (end-to-end) of regional HQ staff. You will also be managing expat related matters such as mobility related matters. You will plan and execute talent management projects and work closely with Japan on HR matters. You will also be handling remuneration reporting and tax computation. About you You need a minimum of 8 years experience in manufacturing/engineering industry and have experience in a managerial role. You need to have knowledge in local employment regulations and willing to travel around SEA for work. You are a person who has excellent multi-tasking skills and able to work in a fast paced environment. Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
