Our client, in the Tourism industry, is seeking for Assistant Manager, Corporate Sales. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Responsible for achieving event sales objectives and revenue goals for F&B and venue sales Actively up-sell business opportunities to maximise revenue with other corporate products Hunt and farm social and corporate events Canvass for sales through existing leads and regular follow ups Create new business opportunities by developing the brand, through establishing new and enhance existing relationship between companies, business associates and government agencies Responsible for all details relating to the full life cycle of event management Meet sales targets set Contribute to the growth and improvement of the Sales function with proactive suggestions and recommendations Prepare service quotation for clients Assist and support ad-hoc special projects
Requirements: Diploma in Hospitality, Catering Management/ Business Administration or Management/ Sales & Marketing or the equivalent Minimally 4 to 6 years experience in events / catering / corporate sales, preference will be given to candidate with valuable catering sales experience in tourism or hospitality services Good verbal and written communication skills in English Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Independent and yet a team worker Quick thinker, learner and multi-tasker Aggressive and possess knowledge on relationship selling Passionate about selling and enjoys the challenge of closing sales without compromising on service quality

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
