Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Collaborate with Business Analyst to understand and clarify user requirements. 
  • Provide technical consulting to Business Analyst, end user and management. 
  • Collaborate with vendor team lead to review technical solution and integration solution. 
  • Manage and review the delivery from vendor development team with good quality by high-level instructions and required monitoring. 
  • Ensure vendor development team follow Income SDLC and release management policies. 
  • Monitor and keep track on UAT defects fixing, understand the root cause and review the resolution. Ensure all UAT defects are fixed within agreed timeline. 
  • Monitor and support production deployment, collaborate with vendor, Business Analyst, Quality Assurance and Operation to ensure smooth application release. 
  • Monitor and manage production support to ensure incidents and problems are closed within set SLA. 
  • Ensure adherence to development practice, standards and updated documentation. 
  • Liaise with IT Operation and Risk & Control teams in matter related to IT infrastructure, middleware and security. 


Qualifications
  • Degree holder in Computer Engineering / Science, Information Technology or equivalent 
  • At least 5 years of application development and team lead experience, preferably in Digital Channel domain. 
  • At least 3 years of outsourcing and vendor management experience. 
  • Solid understanding of software development life cycle models (Waterfall and Agile) as well as knowledge in project management principles and practices. 
  • Good understanding of Incident and Problem Management principles. 
  • Experience in non-functional areas like performance, scalability, human interaction & software ergonomics 
  • Excellent in working effectively in a multi-tasking environment, ability to prioritize competing tasks 
  • Successful track records in leading technical projects 
  • Proficiency in the following technical skillsets: 
  • .Net, REST, JSON, XML, SOAP, HTML5, CSS, JQuery. 
  • Apache, Weblogic, Oracle DB, SQL, Magento 
  • Experience in eCommerce Platform, Payment Framework 
  • Knowledge in SOA, ESB, API. 
  • Windows, Unix, Linux
