Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Support the Team Lead of Workday (Overseas) rollout, focused on the planning and implementation of Workday HRIS for overseas business entities
  • Manage appointed resources from Implementation Partner(s) and Application Management Services post go-live
  • Work with overseas HR business units/users on requirements gathering and business needs analysis
  • Work closely with IT counter-parts and Finance / Payroll counter-parts to ensure alignments of business requirements
  • Participate in the design, configuration, testing, implementation, training, and change management activities towards successfully go-live
  • Provide advisories to internal stakeholders as a HRIS subject matter expert and provide guidance to overseas HRIS teams
  • Configure, maintain and rollout global harmonised template(s) for country/region specific/merger & acquisition, where applicable
  • Manage and process change requests as and when needed
  • Undertake projects as and when required/assigned
  • such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Diploma / Degree
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Workday HRIS System in setup, implementation, enhancement and maintenance for Core HR, Compensation, Benefits, Talent, Time tracking, Security, Reporting (Simple, Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Birt etc), Learning and Integration Tools (Packaged Integrations, Workday studio, Enterprise Integration Builder (EIB), Document Transformation etc.
  • Knowledge and experience in applications and databases such as Active Directory, SAP etc
  • Preferably with some experience in supporting the roll out of Workday HRIS on a regional or global scale
  • Ability to analyse business process requirements, general understanding of HR and translate into Workday HRIS system configuration
  • Able to multi-task
  • Able to manage different stakeholders and different cultures
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Able to maintain confidentiality in handling of employee data
  • Able to fulfil travel requirements as part of implementation scope
