Key Responsibilities Reporting to Senior ManagerGovernance & Reporting within the Project Management Office, you will primarily offer assistance to the Senior Manager withestablishing project governance framework and to provide senior management oversight across all Strategic and Operational projects.
Maintain the Project Management Methodology (PMM) including processes, templates, best practices to ensure that they are effectively maintained and coordinated, recommending improvements where appropriate
Liaison with AIA Group (e.g. GTO PMO) to constantly upgrade AIA Singapore Project Management Methodology
Collaborate with project teams to maintain and store all project artefacts such as business case, project plan, project financials, risk and issues, decision log, post-project review reportetc.
Coordinate efforts with portfolio managers and/or project managers, and division project coordinators for regular senior management reports for both strategic and operational projects (e.g. Transformation Stereo, Division EXCO Portfolio)
Review & challenge (where appropriate) of regular management reports to ensure compliance with PMM framework, financial policy & available budgets
Maintain the enterprise project management knowledge base (including enterprise lessons learnt register), communities, and other project related shared sites
Liaison with Finance and Technology on project expenses and resource tracking to enable portfolio managers and/or project managers to maintain up to date project expenses
Key Requirements The successful candidate will possess:
Diploma or Bachelors degree in any discipline
At least 5 years of experience in project management reporting or financial reporting
Prince 2 / PMP certification is highly preferrablebut not essential

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
