Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Development of marketing strategies, from the proposal of concepts, to planning and executing Marcom campaigns for the mall.
  • Work closely with partners to maximise promotions and Marcom efforts to increase shoppers’ traffic and tenants’ sales.
  • Liaise and work closely with advertising agencies, media, tenants, contractors and event companies to ensure successful execution of projects and events.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnership and sponsorship opportunities for the mall.
  • Source for sponsorships and working partners to garner for more revenue.
  • Assist tenants and external vendors on enquiries pertaining to casual leasing.
  • To analyse data such as shoppers’ traffic, tenants’ sales, campaign redemption numbers etc to provide insights and recommend learnings and improvements in future Marcom campaigns.
  • Customer Service: To manage enquiries, feedback and complaints from all external parties, such as the public, government authorities and tenants etc. 
  • Concierge Desk: To manage Customer Service Officers and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Concierge Desk.
  • Assist in the department’s administrative work.
  • Assist in processing tenants’ Gift Voucher reimbursement.
  • Assist with the tracking of Marcom budget and expenses.
  • Management of the mall’s social media such as Facebook, Instagram, website and drive digital marketing to achieve conversions.
  • Engage tenants whenever necessary.
  • Assist with other departments’ requests whenever necessary.
  • Review digital marketing initiatives
  • Driving CRM and Loyalty Program (main duty)
  • Collaboration with strategic partners include other Keppel Business Unit
  • Act as the Duty Manager as and when assigned.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor/the head of department from time to time.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • At least 5 to 8 years of relevant working experience in marketing communications, events and brand management. Relevant experience in the retail industry is a bonus.
  • Creative, able to think out of the box and propose innovative ideas.
  • Savvy and well versed in the digital eco system.
  • Strong experience in digital and social media performance marketing.
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
