This role will play a key part in leading the contracts management for the APAC region, embedding global commercial policies in the market and deploying new systems and process to ensure commercial excellence. You will provide advisory to the commercial teams on sales agreements and ensure deal opportunities are well captured as well as renewals. This will include working closely with business compliance as well as the pricing team and maintaining the contract repository. Key contributor to the global team in the development of Oracle Advanced Pricing system and ensuring roll outs and adoption in the markets. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 4 years of experience in sales/commercial operations, pricing or data analytics with an MNC or come from a healthcare consulting background. Strong communication skills with ability to speak Mandarin or Japanese fluently as key markets include China & Japan. Excellent project management skills and familiarity with Excel and comfort with working with numbers and data with various platforms such as SDFC and Oracle. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
