Job Description
  • Work closely with Finance Shared Service Centre to prepare financial and management reporting, tax reporting, statutory reporting and ad-hoc reporting for assigned entities
  • Business partnering including working with stakeholders in HQ and Finance Shared Service Centre on service requests, change management, budgeting and forecasting, tax computations, preparation and audit of financial statements
  • Performs business/finance analysis which includes revenue and expense analysis at cost center level
  • Support accounting and technical discussions in various workgroups
  • Organise or conduct training workshops and seminars, including rolling out e-learning initiatives
  • Perform compliance checks on internal processes
  • Provide support in corporate finance research and projects
  • Conduct business reviews and financial analysis
  • Other ad-hoc assignments including, but not limited to, attachment to Control Assurance section, system project assignments
  • Recognised degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification, preferably CA
  • 4-6 years of relevant working experience, ideally with initial years in a Big 4 audit firm followed by commercial experience
  • Conversant with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (International) and other regulatory compliance requirements of listed companies
  • Self-driven, meticulous, energetic, proactive, good team player, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a keen analytical mind
  • Must be able and willing to accept intra-department or inter-division transfers/job rotations, and henceforth changes in work scope and responsibilities
  • Candidates who are able and willing to work overseas will be preferred
