Job Description
Responsibilities:

• Consolidate purchasing forecast for all raw materials, optimize the use of the available resources, work with relevant department to ensure material planning and delivery meet targets.

• Manager suppliers for on time delivery and quality.

• Create monthly pruchasing schedules including the release of work orders and ensure on-time delivery based on production schedule

• Work with relevant departments to review raw materials requirements and delivery lead time in order to meet customer requirements.

• Manager demand fluctuations, inventory and supply, analyze the short term and long term impacts and provide recommendation.

• Streamline department work process to improve efficiency and productivity

• Provide leadership to the team, set KPIs and drive productivity improvements and cost down activities.

• Conduct supplier performance review and develop soucring strategy

Requirements:

• Diploma and above qualifications

• Min 5 years relevant experience and min 3 years supervisory experience

• Knowledgeable in procurement best practice, contract and cost analysis

• Familiar with MRP, ERP, purchasing procedures and policies

• Bilingual in English and Chinese (to liaise with Chinese speaking suppliers and associates)
