Our client is one of the established Technology MNCs with a strong CSR presence
  • Assist Project Manager (PM) in project admin & service planning work
  • Assist in promoting service improvement project in accordance to service strategy
  • Assist in tracking project status and highlight issues to the PM
  • Follow up on key action items, progress & consolidation of reports for PM to review
  • Assist in churning service business data and process analysis
  • Coordinate meeting and logistics arrangement

  • Bachelor Degree in IT (Project Management) or related disciplines
  • At least 2-3 years of supervisory position with project management experience in MNCs
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel (v-lookup/pivot table)
  • Proficient in project management
  • Good communication skills

  • 5 days (8-930am-5-630pm)
  • Town area
