Job Description
Main Roles & Responsibilities
  • Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of Company’s sales goals and profitability 
  • Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects 
  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets 
  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed 
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin 
  • Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports 
  • Maintains customer credit discipline 
  • Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction 

Skill and Knowledge
  • A Bachelors degree in Chemistry or any related disciplines 
  • At least 5-7 years of working experience in Sales Management with chemical products for Construction and/or Adhesives industry 
  • Some working knowledge of SAP, MS Words / Excel / PowerPoint preferred 
  • Possess a strong interpersonal skills including solid communication skills and ability to interact with people from all levels 
  • Good business / entrepreneurial acumen, able to contribute to business development 
  • Possess effective negotiation and decision making skills 
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates) 
  • MUST Possess own car / Have intention to purchase car (**Transport Allowance provided) 
  • Willing to travel extensively as and when required
