Job Description
  • Provide secretarial and administrative support to Head of Department, CMHD and CMHD team to ensure smooth operations and implementation of programmes and activities
  • Coordinate and provide project management support for key projects for the Department which include tracking progress and milestones, budget follow up and report back to Chief, CMHD
  • Research, scan and consolidate information of interest to facilitate decision making and service implementation
  • Involved in data management to allow easy access to information by the CMHD
  • Minutes taking and drafting notes for internal and external meetings
  • Arrange and coordinate appointments, meetings and conference calls
  • Prepare meeting files/documents for meetings
  • Prepare PowerPoint slides for presentations
  • Maintain proper filing, correspondence and records
  • Coordinate and plan travel arrangement and hotel accommodation for overseas travel including study trips
  • Ensure prompt process of travel, entertainment and transport claims
  • Support the department/division in all related activities to meet the divisional objectives of CMH

Job Requirements
  • Basic diploma in any discipline
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the healthcare or community sectors preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proactive, dependable team player and can work independently
  • Good writing skills
  • Competent in MS Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint
