As an Associate Recruitment Consultant you will attract and recruit candidates using a wide range of media, draft advertising copy for use on social media /networks. attend events, and get referrals.
Once you have found suitable candidates, you will screen and interview candidates, conduct background checks, and match candidates to jobs. Naturally, with the role, it is a consultative job where you will advise both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and job opportunities.
You will be given the tools to attract clients through a variety of different means, including marketing techniques, business development, account management, new business acquisition and networking, which would allow you to build up an extensive client base.
You will also develop a good understanding of companies and their business, something which is key in order to build strong relationships with your clients.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
