Responsibilities
Prepare monthly flash, forecast and actual performance reports for business partners.
Review current performance of the Business and proactively highlight key to business.
Develop financial models and insights for business to use for forecast/planning and articulation of strategic initiatives.
Ensure proper accounting and financial control policies are implemented.
Provide accounting guidance to the Business, ensuring integrity at all times.
Provide analytics on key trends and business volume.
Assist in assessing returns on investments and strategic plans, annual budgeting exercise.
Support the business decision process, providing essentials analysis on internal and external benchmarking and performing ‘what if’ scenario.
Assist in providing insights in market & competitors analysis.
Develop product analytics.
Assist Business in business initiatives, formulating financial cases.
Support new campaigns in implementation of new campaigns & tracking of results of campaign.
Optimization of reporting process to streamline and/or automate them.
Assist business in investigating into issues which impact reporting.
Degree in Accountancy or a Finance related discipline.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Finance function of a Retail Bank
Team player, highly motivated and self-driven with good communication and interpersonal skills.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
