Job Description :

Our client is a leader in the commercial real estate industry and they are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to be the main point of contact for building relationships with corporate organizations to market their products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve and exceed monthly / quarterly sales targets by selling various affiliated products to Corporates organizations
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process for corporates and enterprises to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales, while maintaining good relationships with existing accounts
  • Perform and oversee accurate monthly forecasting & revenue delivery
  • Territory/Vertical identification and research, to formalize a go-to-market strategy and create qualified target accounts
  • Develop a pipeline through various methods which would include cold-calling, email campaigns and market sector knowledge/intelligence
  • Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market sectors
  • Engage with prospects to position the products and solutions through strategic value based selling, business case definition, ROI analysis, references and analyst data


Key Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience successfully selling to MNCs or corporate organizations
  • Experienced in corporate strategy, business development or consumer growth market teams would be ideal
  • A proven track record against high sales targets, must be comfortable managing consultative sales processes end-to-end for multiple deals
  • A vibrant personality with a high level of confidence in conducting sales approaches for B2B sales
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Possess personal motivation and a strong ability to contribute to an entrepreneurial and dynamic team culture
