Presently, we are seeking BIM Drafter with a minimum of 2 years of working experience in the fire protection/fire safety industry. This role is to be based in Jurong East, Singapore.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
Designing of the fire protection system for special hazard.
Perform drawings and calculations for submission.
Involve in Hydraulic calculations.
Liaise with supervisors on the amendments of drawings and prepare for installations.
Participate in site discussion with the M&E consultants.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the fire protection/fire safety industry.
Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Familiar with fire protection system design.
Knowledge in the hydraulic calculation of water spray, sprinkler, FM200, Novec, Argonite, Fire Alarm, and Vesda Systems and Equipment would be an advantage.
Able to use Revit/BIM Drafting techniques.

Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
