Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead & coach multiple cross functional initiatives ensuring initiative alignment with business vision and strategy (KPI: Project benefits delivered) 
  • Engage business leaders to identify operational gaps and opportunities (KPI: Value of Improvement projects) 
  • Partner with process owners to drive results and assure linkage between projects, business and customer priorities (KPI: Stakeholder feedback) 
  • Deliver significant operational improvement, customer experience and financial benefit (KPI : Operational & CE metrics and Finance Endorsement of business benefits) 
  • Train and coach process owners, champions and extended teams in the use of Operational Excellence methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Design Thinking (KPI: Number of Lean Champions engaged) 
  • Identification of suitable Operational Excellence candidates in the organisation to be trained and developed to deliver significant results (KPI: Number of Operational Excellence Practitioners trained) 
  • Coach Yellow Belts and Green Belts to project completion (KPI: Number of Belts certified) 
  • Monitor performance and improvements in key metrics (KPI: On-time delivery of projects) 
  • Act as change agent to instill Operational Excellence culture throughout the organisation (KPI: Number of case studies written) 
  • Lead projects across multiple functions (KPI: stakeholder experience rating) 
  • Bachelor degree 
  • With 5 years relevant experience
  • Certified/Trained Black Belt 
  • Practical Design Thinking 
  • Cross-functional units & technology operations experience 
  • Leading multiple projects

  • Process and value stream mapping 
  • Ability to engage at leadership level and influence the change agents/leaders

  • Strong Leadership qualities as well as the ability to operate with virtual teams based at various locations 
  • Interpersonal and people management skills 
  • Ability to overcome objections and adept at persuasion for effective change management 
  • Ability to teach, coach, facilitate and nurture virtual members to become qualified LSS practitioners
