Job Description

- Maintain a maintenance planner / 52 weeks calendar to ensure the proper maintenance of equipment and facility. Ensures that all deliverables are provided with high standards and in accordance with contractual agreements with all clients.
- Manage inventory for all critical facility system spare parts, accessories to support operational function and perform updating on inventory list in timely manner.
- Manage clients’ monthly report and attend clients’ monthly meeting.
- Provide technical support and submit report for system failure, proactive action for DCIM (BMS), CMMS and Chilled water control system.
- Generate clients’ billing report and submit in timely manner.
- Assist Facilities Manager in Vendors Contract Management:
  • Assist Facilities Manager to work with system specialists and Procurement team to source for or renew preventive maintenance contracts for all building related systems.
  • Assist Facilities Manager to manage vendor preventive maintenance contracts together with system specialists and carries out periodic reviews and evaluation of contractor’s performance and submits reports. Timely review contract performance and initiates corrective actions and innovative practices to improve performance.

- Owner of Change Management Process defining the change process with monthly submission of "Change" to all clients.
- Provide support and coordinate with clients and contractors for submission of permit-to-work, change request document.
- Train, mentor and motivate junior technicians. Provides technical advice and support to technicians in an effective manner on DCIM, CMMS and Chilled water control system.
- Assist and provide support to technical sales team for new client requisition project or improvement program on DCIM, CMMS and Chilled water control system.
- Provide technical support and project management for new A&A fit out projects.
- Conduct risk assessment of equipment/ facility failures and provide solutions in relation to predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance. JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in configuration and trouble shooting hardware/ software on DCIM system (BMS)/ Chilled Water Control System with minimum 5 years working experience at or above Engineer level.
- Minimum Diploma holder with 5 years working experience.BUSINESS UNIT
