Business Analyst (Business Process Outsourcing / Document Process Outsourcing)

Job Description
  • Prepare study charter and meet customers to explain assessment content
  • Perform in-depth analysis, conduct surveys and interviews with customers during site visits to uncover existing problems and requirements 
  • Analyse data from study findings to identify areas of improvement through process re-engineering and performing financial calculations 
  • Work with other business units to design the best-in-class document solution 
  • Write reports and present study results to customers at the C-level 

  • Bachelors Degree in any discipline in a Business-related field with 2 years of working experience 
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Basic knowledge in Statistics (knowledge in Lean Sigma will be an added advantage)
  • Excellent analytical, communication and problem-solving skills 
  • Good in report writing and presenting or public speaking 
  • Strong personal motivation 
  • Good understanding of Document Process Outsourcing or Business Process Outsourcing will be an advantage 
  • Sales experience in Commercial printing will be an added advantage
