Job Description
  • Conduct market research (e.g. Competitors’ Analysis, Potential Services/product offering, etc).
  • Price negotiation with specialist contractors / preferred working vendor.
  • Responsible for tender presentation/introduction of ENGIE services to the potential client.
  • Preparation of tender scope of works schedule, checklist and pre-tender cost estimates.
  • Preparation of Pre-Tender Executive Summary information and tender document for submission.
  • Prepare presentation slides for tender interviews.
  • Any other Business Development related works that are delegated as and when required.

  • Degree in Building/ Construction Management/ Quantity Surveying.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the construction industry or related field is required for this position.
  • Good in Microsoft Excel.
  • Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good with figures and updated with the latest costs of materials.
