Key Responsibilities
Responsible for pursuing new business opportunities and to create or enhance existing intermediaries business relationship:
  • To achieve individual sales goal and meet growth targets.
  • To assist in developing new avenue of business
  • To develop new or non-producers
  • To ensure quotations are issued within TAT of 48 hrs.
  • To service the accounts (successfully placed with AIA) for the 1st year
  • To provide training to the respective assigned channel
  • To organize activities and events to excite and motivate assigned channel
  • To foster positive relationship with assigned channel
  • To assist and monitor all events

Key Requirements
  • Min. Diploma / Bachelors Degree withminimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Having HI, M5 and M9 certifications is an added advantage
  • Good communication, interpersonal and negotiationskill
