Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Actively seek and identify clients leads within our target market

• Develop new business via telephone calls and mass communication such as email, LinkedIn, marketing lists, events and social media

• Infiltrate client markets by attending industry events

• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel

• Attend prospect client meeting and present the company’s solutions

• Work with marketing and client services teams to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals

• Manage data for new and prospective clients in our CRM, ensuring all communications are logged, information is accurate and documents are attached

• Prepare and analyze sales pipeline reports and dashboards

• Be awesome, creative and adaptable!

Must Haves:

• Must be a confident, consultative and solutions focussed sales person!

• Must have solid experience in generation of your own leads

• Must be very hands-on in the sales process

• Must be experienced in cold-calling prospects

• Must give great sales presentations

• Must have excellent English and Tagalog communication skills (both written and spoken are essential)

• Must be able to cope with pitches to both local and foreign decision makers

• You are self-confident, pro-active and fun to work with

• Must be statistical and love measuring results

Ideal Background:

• Ideally you’re experienced in the recruitment / headhunting industry, perhaps as a recruiter with sales experience, or a business developer from within the industry

• You’ve worked in young, fast-paced, smaller companies selling B2B services

• You’ve worked with CRM systems and can track your results

• You have worked with local and foreign teams

• You have exposure to networking at events

• 3+ years telemarketing and/or other lead generation comboined with hands on sales experience

• Demonstrated ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales and activity quotas

• With a proven track record of strong client relationships

• Excellent client service skills

• You’re a team player, flexible in your approach to work and can fit into a fun, modern and innovative team!
