Business Development Manager to join our sales team.
Individuals in this role will be responsible for finding, qualifying, and selling solutions directly to potential clients and ensuring closed loop communication with internal teams.
This position is part of the APAC Sales team and focuses on targeting and closing business across the Philippines with a particular focus on the BPO universe.
The person is responsible for maintaining his/her own pipeline of business prospects by effectively moving opportunities through various stages of the sales cycle in a manner that is concise, professional, ethical, and which leads the customer to action.

Qualifications: Experience selling software / web-delivered or related services Experience selling to Human Resource/Talent Acquisition leaders a plus Understanding of Risk and Compliance concepts Proof of consistently achieving or surpassing quarterly quotas Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills Motivated to personally sell and build your income Trained and practiced in the art of consultative, needs-benefits selling An organised, detail-oriented professional

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
