Job Description

  • • Assists in business cases

    • Incident Management through Remedy

    • Analyses stakeholder’s requirements and determine which requirements should be implemented first.

    • Planning and monitoring business status

    • Defining business glossary and aligning of data terminologies relevant to the business domain.

    • Translating and simplifying requirements to business groups

    • Requirements management and communication with business groups

    • Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analysing data requirements

    • Apply best practices for effective communication and problem-solving

    • Presentation and reporting of Service / Incident Request status.

    • Documentation and reporting of business process which provide detailed description designed to meet business needs.

    • Engaging with other internal support teams (Service Desk and Access Management Operations) for troubleshooting efforts.

    • CRM Production Support and Administration.

    • CRM Database Management and Extraction

    • Conducting Root Cause Analysis regarding CRM internal errors

    • Monitoring Team member’s improvement and challenges

    • Attending meetings w/ the stakeholders, business groups, vendors and support team

    • Initiates weekly team meetings/cadence
