Primary Purpose The Consultant – Business Process is responsible for assisting the Principal Consultant in the following:

• Enabling value creation for customers through Business Process Transformation services (from pre-sales to delivery)

Responsibilities • Participate in Organisation Change Management development and dissemination

• Support current service offerings through continuous innovation and improvement

• Conduct research in consulting trends and methodologies and develop appropriate service offerings to fulfil these needs

• Work with solution teams to develop an integrated proposal

• Deliver project within timeframe and agreed scope

• Ensure high quality deliverables

• Manage stakeholder related risks

Requirement • 2-5 years of working experience as a consultant in a leading consulting organisation

• Some experience of working in process improvement and transformation projects

• Experience in at least one of the following preferred:

• Process mapping, process improvement

• Business case development

• Business process management methodology, governance and solutions

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders across all levels of an organisation

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable

Fresh graduates may apply

Personal Attribute • Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude

• Creative with excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques

• Ability to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationship with client
