  • Assist the Line Manager to maintain customer service excellence activities/programs.
  • Provide support to enquiries on promotions, products and services
  • Contribute to the team in providing excellent after-sales support through various customer touch-point provide
  • Instill customer loyalty and retain customers through the company's retention strategies
  • Resolve customers complaint/ feedback

  • Diploma with minimum 1 year Customer Service / Telemarketing / Call Centre experience
  • Good email and phone etiquette
  • Proficient in computer skills; CRM/ERP and Microsoft Office
  • $2500 depending on relevant experience
  • Able to speak Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients
