Basic up to $2500 + Bonus
Monday Friday: Office Hour; Half Saturday
Location: East, 5mins walk from MRT


An established Call Centre company is seeking for Quality Coordinator (permanent job) to review customer services rendered and enhance service quality standard!

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Respond promptly and effectively to cases/complaints/feedbacks via hotline or mailbox based on clients service standard and instructions

Investigate & identify root cause of complaints/escalated cases via phone call/email/chatbox
Audit communications of different channels
Provide recommendation on corrective and preventive actions
Perform service recovery and prepare final report on the cases

REQUIREMENTS:
O level minimum

Experienced in reviewing communications to identify mistakes by Customer Service team and recover the situation
Effectively bilingual to handle customers from China, India, Indonesia

OTHER INFORMATION:
