  • 5 days / Office Hour / Central
  • Salary Up to $3,500 + Staff Benefit


Our Client is the World's leading Meetings & Conference Centre.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide procurement shared services support related to procurement and sourcing as well as outsourcing activities to all departments
  • Coordinate purchasing activities and services based on companys needs
  • Provide operational end to end category management focusing on business-critical capability from 3rd party suppliers to all stakeholders
  • Facilitate end-to-end procurement process from sourcing, supplier/ contract management, spend analysis to PO issuance
  • Ensures that all procurement activities and processes meet quality standards which include handling quotation, issue purchase order, track orders and ensure timely delivery
  • Vendor sourcing activities which include evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
  • Monitor process and supplier performance and resolve issues with suppliers
  • Act as the subject matter expert and take accountability for procurement and sourcing solutions
  • Ensure all procurement policy, process and system are fully complied
  • Use effective sourcing and negotiation techniques with suppliers to access the right business solutions on the most cost-effective and efficient business terms
  • Clarify product specifications, cost estimation and project logistics (if required)
  • Develop new vendor relationships
  • Develop sourcing proposals


Requirements:
  • Diploma/ Degree
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience
  • Fluency in spoken and written English
  • Experienced in ERP systems and other evolving digital processing systems
