My client is a well-known name in the world of alcohol and they are looking to bring on board a New Channel and Events Manager to join their sales team in Singapore. Reporting to the head of sales, in this highly cross functional role, you will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams in driving new channel development to drive sustainable growth within the business. You will understand the voice of the brand and its direction and initiate support efforts towards identifying potential events to effectively support the business priorities. You will be tasked with defining, building and implementing strategies, plans and programs with the brand and sales based on your understanding of consumer/shopper understanding, channel, brand and business priorities as well as category growth. You will monitor pricing and profitability and work with sales and marketing to improve effectively of outreach for new channel/ events. You will be responsible for everything to do with events right form conceptualizing to executing, monitoring the progress, effectiveness as well as ROI of events. You will have at least 3-4 years of experience in vents, tradeshows, PR and marketing with a degree in Business or Marketing. You will have a proven track record of delivering effective events, broad knowledge of marketing principles and experience of utilizing them in challenging and progressive environments. Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
