Having the full autonomy to shape our product-centric Agile culture and drive the Product Owner chapter in our transformation journey.
Re-evaluating the existing products for improvement, drive the adoption of data-driven product management practices in an agile environment.
Articulating the vision and set the product roadmaps.
Owning a few key products as the product owner in the agile teams.
Creating sustainable channels for product innovation. Explore new opportunities and use cases both internally and externally for new exciting products backed by latest technologies, such as AI, BlockChain, Big Data etc
Working with stakeholders across the organization to make sure our long and short term goals are met.
Share the knowledge to the community through public blogging, meetups and conferences.
Hire and mentor the Product Owner chapter members with their development, both hard skills as well as the soft ones. Help them exploit their strengths and handle their weaknesses. Make sure they are properly equipped to perform their job the best they can.
Contribute to the long term capacity planning.

You have 5+ years of Agile Product Owner experience, ideally in a tech Start-up and design thinking should not sound new to you. You know how to share the product visions with the engineering peers.
You appreciate the depths of agile practices and principles and you know agile is more than Scrum ceremonies.
You know how to set and execute on a product backlog, balancing innovation, maintenance and support.
You have excellent communication skills and know how to manage different stakeholders.
You are passionate to help teams appreciate agile practices.
You care about developing people as a leader.

Job Description :
To ensure customer service and support all operations. To create customer delight at every interaction.
Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
