Job Description
Our client is currently looking for their Chief Risk Officer (CRO). The Head of Risk and Legal role oversees the execution of risk management activities and reinforces the risk management consciousness of the entire organization. Based in Cambodia and reporting directly to the CEO.


Operation risk management :
  • Lead the development of risk management tools and methodologies (internal control, risk, KRIs) in order to prevent potential risk associated to operational risk which might occur in the company.
  • Oversee and monitor operational risk by working with all departments and HPO to find potential risk and identify activities to prevent them
  • Manage Business Continuity Plan and lead in developing Business Manual Guidance in order to continue institutional Business activities even there are some interruptions by unexpected events.

Credit Risk Management :
  • Lead the analysis of credit risk, provide recommendations to credit risk committee for approval and follow up

Financial Risk Management :
  • Monitor financial risk with treasury and finance departments

Strategic Risk Management :
  • Identity and monitor strategic risk with executive committee and provide advice to protect company interests

Reporting :
  • Deliver regular reports to executive management team with key risk indicators and proposals of necessary actions to mitigate the risk that may impact its business

Team Management
  • Organize and supervise the processes of units with a proper delegation and points if control
  • Ensure the development of staff

  • Ideally of Master of Business Administration or Risk Management/audit you have at least 10 years of working experience in business and risk management.
  • Highly motivated and ready to work in a challenging environment, you will get part of an entrepreneurial project. Implication and results are the keys of your success within the group.

  • Excellence verbal and written communication in English
  • Good stakeholder management and influencing skills.
