Job Responsibilities
  • To Update the relevant person workhours in Google Sheet.
  • To check email daily and manage the booking requests for Meeting Rooms & Update in google calendar.
  • Manage cash deposits & Maintain the details in excel file
  • To manage the sales of items and to issue official receipts for each purchase.
  • To assist students with photocopying using the CANON machine.
  • To ensure the automatic door access is working properly
Job Requirements
  • Relevant work experience.
  • Proficient in MS office, Google Sheets & Google Calendar.
  • Good verbal communication in English.
  • Proficient in email handling.
