Our Client is the best natural wellness and health care provider

Responsibilities:
Front line service-oriented communications
Answering the telephone
Scheduling appointments
Collecting fees for services
Greeting and communicating to people
Attending to inquiries
Basic computer skills
Administrative duties
Participating in road shows and talks on a limited basis
Learning procedures and communication scripts
Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:
Responsible, dependable, trustworthy and punctual
High integrity
Strong desire to help people
Works well in a team environment
Strong communication skills
Strong English skills, Mandarin a plus
Willingness to learn and grow in a demanding environment
Public speaking a plus
Previous experience in sales and customer service is preferred

Other Information:
Working days 5 days according to roster, includes weekend
Working hours
Monday: 7:45am to 8:45pm
Tuesday: 12:00pm to 8:45pm
Wednesday: 7:45am to 2:00pm
Thursday: 7:45am to 8:45pm
